We were so happy that Lottie agreed to cater for our wedding. Food is really important to us as a couple and we were desperate to avoid the typical, bland, and over-priced wedding food that you see with so many caterers (chicken breast and lemon tart anyone?). We come from different cultures and and Lottie spent a lot of time with us on the menu, taking into account our tastes and the style of food we wanted, but also coming up with clever ideas and recommendations to help us keep within budget, and to make sure everyone would be happy (even the fussy eaters). She is very creative but also perfectly happy to work with your ideas so you will get a great result no matter how involved you want to be.

Our venue didn’t even have a professional kitchen but Lottie handled everything to source all the equipment she needed and on the day (well actually it was a weekend!). She worked tirelessly to produce a variety of canapés and a 3 course dinner for 90 guests followed by a buffet. To add to the theatre there were 18 legs of lamb roasting over coals while our guests mingled with bubbly and canapés – the smell was amazing and people couldn’t wait to eat. Everyone was blown away by the food and we couldn’t have been happier. If you’re reading this then you’re obviously thinking about using Lottie – don’t even think about it, just do it, you won’t be disappointed.
